Commander's Log — Privacy Policy

Commander's Log ("the app") is a tracker for Magic: The Gathering Commander games. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address, display name, and password. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash — never in plain text.
• Gameplay data: the games you record (players, life totals, results) and related notes you choose to enter.
• Social data: friend connections you create, and any users you block or report.

The app does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the app's features: syncing your games across your devices and enabling the social features you opt into. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except where required by law.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on a private server located in the European Union and is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Retention and deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. You can also request deletion by emailing the address below; we will remove your account and data promptly.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
